Abstract
1. Hodgkin¢¥s disease with multiple jejunal perforation.
2. Reticulum cell sarcoma with multiple small bowel intussusception.
2. Multiple malignant lymphomas in histiocytic cell type on the cecum, ileum and duodenum
The malignant lymphomas has been known rather rare entity among the malignant neoplasm in the small intestine, accounting for about 15-20% of the small intestinal malignancy. And it is very difficult to diagnosis until development of any complications such as obstruction, perf-oration and bleedings because of incidious onset of disease and relatively inaccuracy of the diagnostic stools as in all the small bowel tumor.
The primary malignant lymphomas of the small intestine, most of them are either reticulum cell sarcoma of lymphosarcoma and had a very poor prognosis according to their histological differentiation of cell type, but the Hodgkin¢¥s disease and follicular lymphomas are rarely encountered and had relatively good prognosis.
Recently we have encountered three cases of the multiple malignant lymphomas developed. in the small intestine primarily and all of them are had complications such as obstruction and perforation. And now report with review of literatures.
